We are currently seeking experienced Python Developers to play a pivotal role in establishing the new team in Valencia.

We are currently seeking experienced Python Developers to play a pivotal role in establishing the new team in Valencia.

Your role at ITAM solutions in Valencia
As one of the first employees in this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape your position and influence the organization’s strategies. You will start by reviewing the current code and methodologies, making any necessary changes to the tech stack and tools. You will also be key in identifying, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions. This will involve close collaboration with the other developer in Valencia and the innovations department in the Netherlands, which gathers requirements from various stakeholders.

Your projects will focus on automating internal business processes, aiming to make the organization more scalable and future-proof. For example, you will work on a project that concerns the automation of the contract analysis process. Data that is extracted from client contracts is now manually being put into Excel to conduct different types of analyses. Your job is to automate this process and develop a tool that can automatically perform the needed analyses.

• Be part of a brand-new team and office in Valencia with significant room for your input and ideas.

• Initially fully remote work, transitioning to a hybrid model with a city-centre office in the near future.

• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Experience with R, SQL, and/or other related programming languages for managing data workflows and performing statistical analysis.
• Understanding of RESTful API integration and development for connecting various software and data platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability to changing technology landscapes and a motivation to continuously develop skills in response to new challenges and business needs.
